Ivazdede Tomb

Description

He is named as Ayvaşık Dede by public. It is located between the chitlenbik trees on the hill near to the top of Salihler Hill in the east of country.

It is understood from its inscription that the larger one among two graves belongs to Ivazdede, while the smaller one belongs to Mehmet Efendi, chief of a tariqa called as Halveti. It is thought that there was a healing water source.
